A freind of mine was tearing out some dams by his cabin, and he said by night, the beavers would flock to the dam to start repairing whatever he had damaged.

Is it time to scrap / part it?
We did have a lot of red tape till the damaged property owners started dragging the federal goverment into court and winning. So now we get the excavator in and start digging first. When we see a lot of soft soils close to the dam we just get out the dynamite and ask questions later and as for the tree huggers we have some problems but if personal property is ar risk they don't want to slow things down much or they could be the next ones with a beaver pond .They can be costly rodents when it comes to property damage that is for shure .Digitup.
I have been told by an older person than me- that if you put about a cupful of oil in several 1 gallon plastic one gallon bleach bottles.
thrown into beaver pond upstream will make them move out in a week or two , , Does something to their coat. The Bottles bobbing in the water slowly releases the oil
I do not recommend this as EPA would probably throw you in jail if they caught you.
