Where does this panel go?

I am not sure where this panel goes or if it was just the left side panel that has been mutilated. This is for a 1950 MC, any ideas would be great.

Looks like the engine shield between exhaust and valve cover, though I am not sure how that part actually looks.

That is a shield is a heat shield and goes between exhaust manifold and the engine on the intake/exhaust side, I believe it's purpose to guard against heatsoak. My basket case crawler did not have one in the heap of parts and I had to figure that out too. There are at least 2 different shields, depending on the year of your crawler. It looks as though your is complete.
