1010 gas to diesel

I have an early model 1010 gas.My motor is in really bad condition.However ran across a diesel for a 1010 tractor or crawler.Would it fit?I have the direction reverser.If not,Lavoy,Do you have cylinder liners for sale.Need pistons , pins and rings.

You will need more than the engine, you will need all the related diesel parts, plus the hood and not sure what else.
Sleeve deck and pistons are current, but kind of pricey.
