Bad engine in 1960 440IC

The engine just gave up the ghost in my 1960 440IC 2 cylinder gas.
Blew head gasket hydraulic lock blew piston rod broke and cracked block in line with no 2 piston.
Will the 2-53 swap in place or will any other engine swap somewhat easily.
I use the old girl on the farm about 2 hours a month.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
