Thanks Lavoy for the info on this part being adapted to my unit. You hit the nail on the head as I do have the 831 Loader on it. For the information of all on the site the 3 pt is on e-bay. It started at 250.00 and is now at $760.00. Its item # 260225162701 if interested.

I have seen and heard of 3PT's on a 420 with #90 loader, but it is a little bit of a convoluted setup as far as the cylinder mounting. I also say one with an ATECO loader, and it ran two different hyd systems, one for the loader, one for the hitch.
