Another tid bit on the oil consumption there is no blow by on the engine the oil fill cap will easily sit on top of the spout while running , nothing out of the dip stick or vent line on valve covers.

Confirmation it is actually a 350CE think the e is for economy. I pulled the valve covers didn't see anything obvious I now have the information on how to set valves guess that's next.
