What do these 2 handles on each side on the upper radiator support do? Other than get in the way of taking on & off the aftermarket grill guard? It's got the 1 funky cone Allan screw on the side with a lock nut.

Starter on my 420c just died. Ran fine earlier today, but nothing when I tried to restart it. No noise at all, but I think the dash light was diming or going out when I pull the knob. Multimeter to the starter terminal looked fine, but I pulled the battery cables & cleaned them up anyway, no change....

Getting near needing to fuel up my new to me 420c for the first time. I'm up here in Colorado at about 7,000'. Anybody have a source for the "nut" clip? One of mine was messed up & I had to cut the "bolt" to get the hood off. Got the replacement "bolt" already, but don't want it getting jammed in the nut clip thing again. I can find a number of sources for the bolt, but none for the nut.

The pressure washing likely got some moisture inside the distributor. Not uncommon for a running engine not to start after a bath. Check that and dry it out of it is we inside.
