All my track pads are secure. The clacking is not intermittent but very consistent. I have opened up the transmission, examined the ring gear and pinion, looked in at the clutches and everything looks good. The machine operates just fine but I worry that I am missing something that needs attention.

Only one track stops when I pull the side related steering lever. When the lever is released that track will not re-engage unless I depress the foot clutch.
