so I measured it and 5 links measure 23 5/8 inch. Looks to be fully shelled out based off of your guys's measurements.
So, if I can get new pins/bushings, is it impossible to take these out without a track press?

If I were to guess, I'd say that the shaft and sleeve on the steering lever that's under the 4 bolt cover is a bit sticky. I'd hit it with some penetrating oil every day for a few days and see if it will free up. I believe that the sleeve is for the brakes if I remember right, and when you hit the b...
