I got it out, because of the step in the rear crossbar i had to drop the track and remove the track frame to get the bar out. Not to bad a job, it took 2 1/2 hours to remove the right side and slide the bar out.

I got it fixed, placed 2 jacks against the rear crossbar cap to the back of the front crossbar and moved it into place.
