so is this the best place to advertise "Wanted; running gas engine for a 350B JD"

I haven't bought it. Trying to find out what I'd have to pay for a motor if one was available.

Well now I think I'm looking for a motor replacement. Local mechanic started it to hear the noise, block has a hole in it now. Any chance of a complete engine or would I need to buy, block, crank etc.

I'm considering buying a 350B gas, manual blade. The motor has a loud knock when warmed up, sounds like a rod bearing. The rest of the maching seems OK, brakes, steerign, clutch, sprockets, pads. Looking at purchasing a 350B gas, manual blade, which has a very bad knock when warmed up. Sounds like a rod bearing.
