Here is my latest fixing on my dozer. The left steering has never worked right since I've had it. Now I know why. It is rusted up and frozen. I have a 1974 450C that has started not wanting to steer. It will go in forward or reverse fine, but just doesn't want to turn. I've noticed alot of slack in the handles themselves but am not sure if those cylindars could be the culprit or not. I have a service manual that I bought 3 or 4 years ago ...
