Thanks Lavoy, just wondering if there was a way.

I am rebuilding the reverser, once I get it back together is there a way of making sure it works before I put it back in the frame?

Hello, I was wandering is there a way to checkout a reverser besides installing it. I know out there one of y'all has figured this out.

am rebuilding my reverser any parts available other than deere?

Do you have to use the machined studs from JD between the reverser and the transmission or can you use regular studs. JD was 52.00 each.

John deere did email me back and said it was a 1974. Said dealerships were not able to see all info.

Figured out it was a 350B but called jd dealers with the engine serial number trying to find out what year it was made and so far no results they were not very helpful. Have an email into jd. Will see what they say???????

Where can you purchase these other books?

I have the technical manual and parts manual as well as operator, I was just wondering if there were any others that would help. I have worked on lots of things, but this is my first dozer. Right now I am working on the reverser.

For working on a 350B is the the technical manual the most in depth manual?

Just got my newly acquired JD 350B split and the slines on trans. input shaft are worn about halfway down the length of the shaft. The reverser output shaft is fairly worn. Does any body know where I can get these shafts

Have used helicoils but never heard of keylock inserts. Where can you get them?

Do have the engine serial and it is original, guess I will go to the dealer and see what they can tell me. Thanks Ken
