i adjusted the valve cleaned the injectors

rebuilt the engine it runs a little ruff and smokes real bad at idle when i try to load the dozer up it backfires a little any ideas. could it be the timing or fuel system maybe injectors or pump

rebuilt engine it runs ruff produces white smoke and when i tried to load the tractor up heavy it it pop and back fired any ideas
